We transformed a reach-in laundry area into a stylish powder room, complete with a custom floating vanity, vessel sink, and sleek matte black faucet. The herringbone tile behind the sink adds a subtle yet striking touch, balanced by cozy shiplap walls on the other three sides. New LVP flooring ties it all together with durable style.

With some clever plumbing and electrical work, this space was redesigned to fit perfectly into the flow of the home, practical and polished, just the way the family needed it.
