For the James Malone Salon, we gave both the interior and exterior spaces a thoughtful refresh that reflects the charm and personality of its owner. Inside, we completely remodeled the bathroom, installed custom cabinetry in key areas for both function and storage, and applied a distinctive German schmear finish to the brick paneling, giving the space a soft, lived-in texture that adds warmth and character.
The existing wood floors were sanded and re-stained to bring out their natural beauty, new paint gave the walls a clean foundation, and the electrical system was updated to meet modern demands. Every detail, from the layout to the lighting, was considered to create a polished, professional salon that feels as comfortable as it is refined.
