The Beverage Vault

The Beverage Vault was one of those rare projects where history, challenge, and opportunity all met at the same place. This 10,000+ square foot commercial building from 1988 had been sitting vacant for nearly 15 years, weathered, worn, and waiting for a second life. Our client envisioned a space that could meet the demands of a modern beverage retail business, but with one key request: keep the soul of the building intact.
We took the structure down to the studs and rebuilt with intention, adding a new metal roof and reimagining the exterior with distinctive brick and stone to replace the original stucco façade. The design centered around honoring the building’s industrial bones while bringing it up to today’s standards for comfort, function, and flow. From the warehouse to the retail space, we rebuilt and restored with care, updating every system, reworking every surface, and turning a long-abandoned structure into a durable, character-rich space that serves the community once again.
