Newnan Office Space Remodel
What was once a dated 1980s restaurant is now a pair of bright, flexible office spaces, carefully reimagined to meet the needs of today’s professionals. For the owner of One Eleven, we completely gutted the interior, removing every outdated element to create a clean slate. We installed brand-new electrical and HVAC systems, updated the flooring, added fresh drywall and paint, and built two new bathrooms to support the divided layout.
By splitting the space, we created two independent, rentable suites, each modern, comfortable, and functional, while still rooted in the character of the original structure.
