Attached Garage Build With Boat Storage & Screened Porch Sharpsburg, GA

We were honored to return to the Crockett home in Sharpsburg, originally built by our team, to design and build an attached garage that feels like it’s always been there. Connected to the main house with a new screened breezeway, the garage includes one bay for boat storage and another for a vehicle, blending everyday function with smart design. We demoed, rebuilt, and enclosed the existing porch to create a breezy, shaded connection point, and used steel beams and concrete to carve out a lower level for basement storage. Every detail was thoughtfully designed by Auld House Design to match the original home and serve the family’s evolving needs.

This was one of those experiences that redeem all previous issues I’ve ever had with any previous construction projects that were not Litchy Building Group projects.
Once the build began, our contact person was Bill Owens. To say Bill is a professional would be an understatement. He has excellent communication as well as organization skills. He went above and beyond for our project, and if and when there is a day I need any more work done, he will absolutely be the person I call. I could go on for days to talk about everything that Bill did to help us have 100% satisfaction with our project but I will leave it at this.
