The Patterson home was transformed from the inside out. We started by stripping everything down to the studs and installing all-new electrical, HVAC, and plumbing for a fresh, functional foundation. Upstairs, we added a second story over the living room to create two bedrooms, a full bath, and a versatile loft space.

In the kitchen, custom inset cabinetry and quartz countertops elevate both form and function, while the new owner’s bath features a large walk-in shower with sleek frameless glass. Throughout the home, updated lighting, new LVP flooring, and thoughtful details, like custom built-ins around the fireplace, add a sense of polish and warmth.
