The Wentworth Family
Total Kitchen Remodel Peachtree City, GA
The Wentworth kitchen got a complete transformation, starting with the removal of everything from cabinets and countertops to the sink, light fixtures, and even the door leading to the pantry. We also took out the wainscoting trim in the dining area and replaced the window over the sink to brighten the space.
The pantry walls and interior framing came down to make room for a fresh layout, and we opened up the area by removing drywall, trim, and a ceiling support post near the island. To improve flow, we installed new framing for a cased opening that leads seamlessly into the dining room.
We planned ahead with rough-ins for plumbing, moving the refrigerator and adding a convenient pot filler over the range. Electrical updates included new outlets and switches, recessed can lights, pendant lighting, and under-cabinet lights to keep the kitchen bright and welcoming.
Hardwood floors were carefully sanded and stained to complement the fresh look, while custom cabinetry provides both style and storage. Cambria quartz countertops add durability and beauty, paired with a classic subway tile backsplash and an apron front sink that brings a charming touch.
Polished nickel Moen fixtures and hardware add a subtle shine, perfectly matching the custom wood hood and stainless steel appliances to finish the look.
