We've worked with other builders in the past, and we've struggled with getting them to give us much-needed updates and general communication. Bill was exactly the opposite of that. His timelines were realistic, and if he said he was going to do something, he did. He was always only a text or phone call away if we needed anything, and he answered his phone or called us back immediately every single time we reached out.
