The Parrott Family
Newnan, GA Full Kitchen Remodel
For the Parrott family, we took their existing kitchen down to the studs and opened up the entire main living space to create a more open and connected floor plan. We removed the walls that once separated the kitchen from the dining and living rooms, along with the framing for the old laundry room, completely changing how the space feels and functions.
Structural updates included installing new LVL headers flush with the ceiling rafters, allowing for a clean, seamless ceiling line with no visible beams, just uninterrupted flow between spaces. We also removed a window to make room for the new layout and rerouted the HVAC and plumbing to support the redesigned kitchen. New hardwood floors were installed to match the existing ones as closely as possible, tying the whole area together beautifully.
Custom cabinetry now fills the space with smart, hardworking details like a built-in trash pullout, pantry cabinets, drawer stacks, island storage, and an appliance station. Satin brass hardware adds warmth and shine, paired with designer quartz countertops and a beautiful Blanco undermount sink. A Moen brushed gold faucet and matching pendants complement the look, while a custom wood hood and a subway tile backsplash, complete with a detailed inlay, provide the perfect finishing touch.
