This outdoor renovation was all about expanding comfort and updating function. We began by removing the original deck, screen system, support posts, and stairs to make way for a more structurally sound and visually elevated design.
New oversized posts were installed and wrapped in Hardie for lasting durability. We laid a fresh TimberTech porch floor and stair system, finished with sleek black Fortress railings that offer safety without sacrificing style. Overhead, a stain-grade porch ceiling adds warmth and architectural detail.
To support a more efficient layout, we poured a new slab to relocate the HVAC units and built a screen enclosure for a cleaner look. Before painting the entire exterior of the home, we replaced any rotted, damaged, or removed materials to ensure a flawless finish and long-term integrity.
