This renovation transformed an existing sunroom into a brighter, more spacious extension of the home. We began by removing the original framing, shingles, and roof, then rebuilt the structure to raise the ceiling height to a full 8 feet, dramatically improving scale and natural light.
We updated the exterior with new siding, trim, and a fresh roofline, and installed energy-efficient Pella windows to anchor the space in both beauty and performance. Inside, we added warmth and texture with a 1x4 tongue-and-groove ceiling, finished with architectural overlay beams. On the porch overhang, beadboard brings classic charm and clean lines.
